Found Ciara really helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodated me at short notice and I was in agony with my back and shoulder. Ciara used a combination of techniques and after only two sessions I no longer required oral pain relief. I find that Ciara has a lot of knowledge, easy to access and very reasonably priced given her knowledge.

Ciara looked after my 2 daughters 17 and 12 years old she made them feel very comfortable and had them on the road to recovery very quickly....I would highly recommend her

I visited ciara 2 months before my race with tightness issues. Have to say, not only did ciara do a professional job, but she went out of her way to be part of my recovery session by allowing me to use her recovery boots after my long run while training for the London Marathon.
Would definitely recommend her services to anyone. Brilliant physio

I went to see Ciara with my teenage son with a hip injury. From the minute we went in she provided excellent care to him. She arranged an MRI very quickly for him and got him seen by a consultant straight away after, she showed amazing emphaty and nothing was too much trouble for her she really helped him through his journey of physio with brilliant excercises great knowledge and really supported him while he is out of sport. I would highly recommend her she is truly brilliant at her job.
